If I could leave a zero star review I would. I made an appointment and arrived a few minutes early. After waiting for 10 minutes, I was told that the person I was scheduled with had an issues with her wax and they could reschedule me later that afternoon, which was not possible due to prior commitments. I made the commitment to leave my house on time, arrive early, and patiently wait only to be told that an appointment time is just a suggestion apparently. It’s super frustrating as a working mom to carve out time for personal needs and I just wasted an hour during the holidays that I desperately need.

I’ve been visiting this location for a little over a year, and from my very first appointment to my most recent I have always seen Natalie. It was also my first time ever getting waxed and she was the perfect person to see and that will never change. She is beyond thorough and amazing at her job! I will never go to a different person because she’s just the right person. It’s always full of laughter in her room but I also know it is a safe place where I can share anything with her if needed. I couldn’t be more pleased with Natalie. 10/10 stars always!!
