I have never been to a place that specializes in waxing. I was cautiously optimistic when I made my appointment and I wish I had done this sooner! From the moment I walked in the door it was just a wonderful experience. I was greeted immediately by the sweetest person and made to feel very welcome. Then I met Jessey and she was AMAZING!! She took her time with my brows and asked me questions. I am hooked and will be going back each month. I highly recommend this locations!!

Came last minute to get my legs waxed by Taryn. She was so professional and very knowledgeable about her job! The wax they use is super nice and very kind to your skin. She also applied some ointment to my skin to soothe it. Monica waxed my eyebrows. She mapped it out because I had a botched waxed job previously from another salon. She brought my eyebrows back to life. This store has a lot of great stuff in stock on display when you walk in. Make this place your waxing salon. Experience was amazing.

The waxing specialist was very nice, but I was left with a lot of hair in different areas. Instead of mentioning it, I was ready to leave asap, as the session was already taking too long and since she used really small strips my areas were already really sore from the being waxed on raw skin over and over. It is NOT worth the price either. I went under a 50% off promotion which I had to show the staff because they werent aware about it and didn’t believe me when I showed the ad on their website. I will continue to get my wax elsewhere, where I can get a much better service already charged at half of the cost.

I just moved to the area from NM where i had gone to the WTC in Albuquerque for a long time. I was expecting a similar level of polish and professionalism in NE since WTC is a chain but was very disappointed in this experience overall. I arrived 5 min early for my appointment and upon entering the store there was no one at the desk. The office side door was open where at least 3 women were having a VERY loud and VERY inappropriate conversation quoting lines from what sounded like a TV show (lots of derogatory language and cursing). It took about 5 min for me to be acknowledged by a staff member and she seemed surprised i was there for my scheduled time slot. She checked me in and my cerologist took me back to her room shortly thereafter. The employees of this establishment were not at all professional. The employees themselves should show a certain standard of personal polish and attention to detail and pride in their own self care that would be expected in the beauty industry. Instead they presented with very wrinkled clothes and were unwaxed themselves (they are selling a service and product which clearly they do not regularly partake in). Needless to say this will be my first and ONLY visit to this branch of WTC. Their music selection for the duration of my appointment was loud rock music which did not at all help to contribute to a good vibe.
