Had a facial and was taken to the room to change into robe and lock up my possessions. I thought I was in the YMCA shower room. There were 4 other females getting dressed/undressed and water all over the floor. I went to use the bathroom and it was totally wet in front of the toilet. I told the housekeeper and I don’t think she understood. I had no idea if the toilet overflowed or someone missed the toilet bowl when urinating. After my facial I was taken to the “quiet” room. Well, it was anything but quiet. Groups of girls speaking loudly and others on their cell phones. I promptly finished my glass of water and left. Very disappointed for such an “upscale” spa, especially in light of the high prices. I expected much more!

My sister and I visited yesterday for a mini celebration. We were booked for a 1 hour European massage that was heavenly. My masseuse was amazing and she was also trained to work with patients undergoing chemo therapy. We were greeted at the front desk professionally and with big smiles. They walked us through the beautiful venue and showed us the locker room. We changed into luscious bathrobes and slippers and we’re taken into the relaxation room. We were offered several beverages and there was flavored water around the entire place. We ordered cappuccinos, and they were quite delicious. We relaxed in the room for about 15 minutes until our masseuse was ready for us. After we were done, we went back to the relaxation room until our next appointment for pedicures was ready. He had the basic pedicure that included trimming are cuticles filing and shaping our nails, foot buffing and exfoliating scrubs, and then a nice leg massage and polish. It lasted for about 1 hour. The woman that assisted my sister was much nicer and more talkative than mine. Sofia, although seemed nice, didn’t talk to me much or try to make it a nice experience. However, she did a good job with my pedicure. Once we sat under the dryers for 15 min we went back to the lockers and changed. We then paid for our mini retreat, took some pictures and went on our way. This place was great. If you’re looking for some pampering, I highly recommend!

This is for a haircut with a barber. I saw David and they have an alcove just for barbering. He did an excellent job – understood what I wanted and there was no awkwardness (so not getting cut next to women). The price is more than a typical haircut, but it was worth it for an excellent job.

First visit since Covid shutdown and it was MARVELOUS! Loved my spa-day treatments (Vichy Shower/salt scrub glow/massage)!! Miss the traditional sandwiches/snacks. Glad the complimentary coffees were still offered.

I have been coming to this spa for years now, and I think I’ll be a customer forever. The staff, the ambiance, and services are too tier! I have gotten the prenatal package as well as services outside of this and never been disappointed. My recent visit for a prenatal massage was with Leah and I nearly feel asleep! She’s the bomb! And my prenatal facial was with Kim; she’s knows her stuff and was also sweet as pie! This place books up fast and weeks in advance so don’t hesitate to set your appointments!

Hands down the best spa and services in the area! I’ve been going here for many many years now and they truly know how to pamper you. However, I’m disappointed the finger sandwiches and cookies still aren’t back yet. The pandemic is over. Please bring them back as it compliments the entire experience.

Karem at Depasquale does such a fantastic job with eyelash extensions! I have recently gotten them done before two weddings and received so many compliments! She is very professional and able to tailor the height and volume to whatever you wish, and the experience of getting the extensions is so peaceful and relaxing!
