i have been here many times before and everything was great. i used to go routinely and then took a break from waxing for a few months and decided to go back just recently. i have now gone for 3 full brazilian waxes and couldn’t be left more disappointed and this time will not be going back. the first time i came back i figured there was just a lot of hair and maybe that’s why she was so rough and wasn’t able to get all of it. the next 2 times i couldn’t come up with any reason why the removal of the wax was so rough that skin came off in small places and i still had patches of hair left that could’ve very easily been removed! none the less this last time i went i have been left with not only patches of hair and also skin that was ripped off and now raw… i have red painful bumps all up and down my bikini line! this has never happened to me before in the 2 years i have been coming to get brazilian waxes at Waxing the City Bower Park Way but i am extremely disappointed. especially since service price is expensive and the service is not being fully completed.
