Whatever service I receive at Wax Unique, it is always top quality! I recently had my 1st lash lift and tint, the results are very nice! No need to curl them anymore and I love that the ends of my lashes are nice and dark again instead of sun bleached. 🙂

Got a maintenance brazilian and half leg wax before leaving the country on a long trip. The first thing I noticed in the room when changing was the floor and work area was filthy. I was very concerned but made sure the technician put on fresh gloves and used new sticks each time (she did). I had to ask for my foot and big toe to be waxed, she didnt offer or ask. She left hair on my knee. I asked for it to be taken off but she said it would cost extra. I have waxed for 15+ years and never had to pay extra for hair on (not above) my knees to get waxed for half leg…. when i got home there were sooo many hairs left in the brazilian area (despite having done FOUR passes with the wax on almost every area!) as well as a patch of hair she missed on the back of one leg. Maybe she should have pulled back her “bangs” instead of letting the hair cover her eyes and face (literally). This was the worst wax I have ever had and now I’m out of the country spending hours tweezing the hairs on my own. Not sure why there are such good reviews, perhaps the other technicians are cleanly and trained properly.

If I could leave zero stars, I would this place is dirty. And the girl who helped me was so rude she didn’t use gloves. I had to tell her to put gloves on and she had her hair down which is very long. It was just a horrible experience.

I had a facial consultation and full leg waxing – what a great experience. I left with knowledge about what would be best for my face and products to assist with my dryness, rosacea and wrinkles. We addressed the lines on my neck as well. As always, I had a great experience with waxing. I have been always more than satisfied and will always return – now for both. Don’t miss out on the facial consultation – for those of us over 60 it is well worth it!!!

I have been going here for a few years now for waxing and skin care and I wouldn’t go anywhere else! The entire staff is EXTREMELY knowledgeable and amazing. They literally have transformed the condition of my face. I never knew how much home care in addition to the facials played a part until I started using some of the products they have available. They don’t push product on you but if you ask they are passionate about it and will explain it all and only suggest what they truly think you need! If you are thinking about going here…don’t hesitate. They are THE BEST!
