Had to come give wave and Tatiana a review! I haven’t been too a salon in over two years, i called the same day and they were able to take me. i walked in and felt a mess, All the girls were really nice, professional and you felt comfortable! Tatiana gave me a haircut she was easy to talk too and made my day (literally) i felt like a mess with my hair it was just time!! She did a wonderful job. I will be coming back to them again! Highly reccommend! ‍♀️ THANK YOU! Again 🙂

This place has been in the community for well over 15 years. Probably even longer and it’s the same owner who is very nice. They do a great job with pedicures and have many people working so there isn’t a wait or it’s only a short wait. The place is modern and clean and I highly recommend it.

Everyone is wonderful at this hair salon. Brian is the best! I have very difficult hair (extremely thick) and he always makes me feel welcome and I walk out of there feeling great. Haircut

Critical: QualityI got partial highlights and a blowout with Lisa. It was the worst hair experience I have ever had. When I said I didn’t like how she made me look gray, she blamed me for color choice. The she took ten minutes on the blowout and could barely handle that, I walked out paying $220 for crinkled and gray hair.Service: Hairstyling

I purchased a groupon for a Brazilian blow out, which i have been doing for years. I specified on the phone it was for a Brazilian blow out. When I arrived i again said this is for a Brazilian blow out correct i was told the Brazilian blow out and Keratin are the same which i know is not true. Brazilian blow out is the actual brand and the process is different. The stylist Lisa was very nice and went to clarify. I don’t think she was familiar with the Brazilian blow out and had someone give her quick instruction. She did come and show me the product bottle afterwards so i knew she was using the actual product. The flat iron process of the Brazilian is what seals the process and i normally received 15 passes of the flat iron over small sections of hair as my hair gets very frizzy. It wasn’t done in a systematic manner nor were the flat iron strokes an even number through out. I will see when i wash my hair if the product took, but not a very good first impression.

Best salon! I followed my colorist Melissa Flo here years ago and she is amazing. I’m always getting compliments on my color no matter what the season and color! Whole heartedly recommend her and would absolutely send anyone I know to Melissa! Love her!!

I have been trusting Marie with my hair for several years and I dont plan on changing that now. I am in about every 4 weeks for color and change my style every 4 months and Marie is always up for the challenge. Marlynn not only renders an exceptional facial but has taught me how to care for my skin. The staff always try to accomodate my last minute appointments and are very welcoming and friendly. Great place

Critical: QualityI came here a few weeks ago and called and asked if they did hair Botox and they said they did at a very low cost. I should have known. I was in and out of the salon within an hour and usually anytime I go to any salon with the amount of hair that I have I stay 2+ hours. I was interested in hair Botox because my cousin in Florida had it done and her results were amazing it was frizz free , shiny, sleek and silky and hers lasted for 3 months. I’ve seen before and after pictures and videos of the before and after results. When I came here the hair stylist was very nice I’ll give her that but I knew something was wrong when I saw the little amount of product she was using on my hair and was only applying it to the ends. The steps to hair Botox was to let your hair sit with the product for at least 30 mins so that your pores can open up and absorb the product. None of that happened here and she was using a blow dryer to straighten out my hair along with a flat iron which I thought was odd because with hair Botox they only thing they use is a straightening iron. They let your hair air dry and then proceed to us that. After she finished it basically looked like she just styled my hair straight. There was hardly any shine to it. It felt dry. It just seemed really off. I should have trusted my gut not to come here because of how low the price was. But you get what you pay for they say. I paid with a credit card which didn’t have the option for a tip. I was also charged more than what they quoted me over the phone which is fine because it was expected with the amount of hair I have but it was definitely not worth the extra $ for the job. I was going to return with a tip but after analyzing my hair again in my car mirror I didn’t think it was worth it and will not be going back. I waited to wash my hair a week later just to make sure that it could be that the product takes times but no results. I washed my hair and my hair was frizzier and drier then before. It has been almost 3 weeks now and hair is in really bad shape. I don’t know what they used on my hair but whatever they used made my hair a lot worse then what it used to be. Total waste of money. I now have to wait 3 months to attempt to get this done again but this time with a place that is highly experienced with hair Botox and has a large gallery to show for.I don’t doubt they know how to style hair but they shouldn’t be offering services they aren’t capable of fulfilling. They should really look more into hair Botox.Service: HairstylingI came here a few weeks ago and called and asked if they did hair Botox and they said they did at a very low cost. Melissa (aka “Flo”) is amazing at color. I’ve been going to her for years. I have long, very dark brown hair and she has done everything that other people couldn’t. In fact, that’s how I became her client. Others were telling me that what I wanted to do wasn’t possible and she made it happen. Ive been brown, rose gold, purple, blue and blonde in her capable hands. Love love love her. – Kristen
