I’ve been going to Josanne for as long as I can remember and have had nothing but wonderful experiences. I joined the membership program as soon as it was launched and couldn’t be more happy with the flexibility and the options available. I have the ability to use the money in my account for Botox or injectables if I haven’t used it for other services that are part of the membership plan. It’s a great value for any of the services they offer and for skincare products. Josanne is always honest and a straight shooter – she won’t do anything you don’t need and always makes sure you are happy with what you had done. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Josanne was insulting, rude to my wife and I. My wife went in for a laser treatment and was burned badly and when approached about the issue the owner of this business said “it was in the fine print that you could suffer a burn” that’s great customer service ! Tell a customer who was burned did you read the fine print ? That’s a joke. The owners don’t know how to deal with people and issues that arise and get very combative when someone addresses them. Look at some of the past complaints and you will see they like to argue. And when asked what were they going to do about causing my wife so much pain they stated “ oh you want to shake us down” they refunded back some money after arguing with them. Not nearly enough given all the headaches and hassles and pain they caused. I hope you learn from your mistakes and treat others better in the future. Best of luck.
