I was here on a Sunday evening for a combination massage (Swedish +deep tissue). I called to book appointment in advance. The place was tidy and the service was on point. My masseuse Amanda did a great job. She was professional and knew exactly where to concentrate on to relieve my pain without even me having to mention. She made sure the pressure was right and I was comfortable. I would definitely come back.

My husband and I got a massage at this place and the experience was horrible!. The room was cold, the bedding had an unpleasant smell where my face was. She worked on me very sloppy through a sheet for the 1st half hour of my message and no type of aromatherapy oil or anything and then asked for a tip at the end. 1st and last time

I am customer of Warm Springs Spa for 6 months and I highly recommend the Spa as well as my massage therapist Wendy to every potential customer who is in need for real, therapeutic or just relaxing massage. Wendy is a kind and knowledgeable massage expert, and is extremely good at acupressure. She is professional, and maintains highly ethical but forthcoming relationship with customer. It is always a pleasure to be her client. She knows how to identify and treat the areas where there are issues.

The massage was alright, but the thing that was annoying was the lady in the front lied 2x. She told the guy in front of me the credit card charge is $1. And she told me $2. And then when I asked her about the body scrub massage she said it was $130 and then I pointed out it said $115 on the menu and she scrambled to back track. And she almost forces a $20 tip before you even get the massage. The whole thing was annoying

Horrible place!! The worst massage ever!! Me and my boyfriend went in thinking, this could be great. The reviews were mostly good. And seemed like a pretty decent place when you walked in. But as soon as we were laying down the ladies were pounding and sticking their elbows in our backs like they were trying to tenderize meat! Neither of them listened to us when we said not to rub us there or not to rub so hard. And to top it all off as we were leaving they stopped us and asked if were going to tip them. Which we did in the rooms. And by the way it’s very rude to ask for a tip. Especially after already spending $200+ dollars there. She had the nerve to run out after us all the way to our truck, screaming! Saying she couldn’t find the tip. And wanted more! Just so freaking RUDE if you ask me. And not to mention, made the massage so painful that it left my boyfriend limping as we walked out! I have never written a review before. But the audacity of these ladies and the painful so called massage. I think that others need to know. So they don’t experience the same horrible treatment that we did.

Excellent deep tissue massage, probably one of the best I’ve had – period. After a week of rough sports practice this reset me ready for another practice session. I will definitely return. And I second Ali H.’s comments, it’s clean, polite, and great value – Like Ali I am not bothered by their basic English as it’s enough for the job, I’m there to get massages not there to chat.
