This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had at a salon. Appointment for 1030am…I show up, they said they overbooked and need me to come back at 130pm. (I understand accidents happen) I tell them I don’t have that much time and ask if they can get me in sooner. The girl at the front desk then goes to the male stylist “Ricky” I believe was his name, and I assume asks if he can take care of me. (Just a neck and beard trim mind you) She was over there for several minutes. She returns and says to come back in 30min at 11am. So I leave and come back at 11. Well this is what he did to me… Just very unhappy because I know for a fact that anyone who works at a salon such as this has no excuse to be sending someone out with a neck or beard looking like this.

Outstanding experience in every way! Jesus is an artist and W. Daly is a destination! Though it was his first time designing my hair, he nailed it from cut and finish, to color and care plan. I’m new to the area but there is no need to try anywhere else! I secured future appointments before leaving.The atmosphere (from people to decor) was friendly, professional, and ambient.
