Behind my head uneven cut presented and my hair stylist she didn’t mentioned about it that she went far off line and quickly wrapped up everything and she was ready to check me out. very dirty work environment. basic cleanliness is lacking here. I took my son for hair cut , the lady literally did not clean hairs from previous customer, so there were hairs all over the place, and she told my son to sit in the same chair with hairs all over ( long woman hairs) . I told her to change the seat , she bluntly denied. did not clean the combs , I could see hairs in the tools being used. Would think twice before going there again.

Where can I even start… Book with Soheyla! Soheyla did such a wonderful job on my hair. I can’t stop smiling at myself in the mirror. She puts pride and so much effort into her work to make sure you leave satisfied. Other than being an incredible hair stylist, she’s a master colorist and is wonderful at blending everything together. I had a bad experience at the ashburn hair Cuttery. Not even 24 hours and the manager saw my review and reached out. she asked me to come back and let a different stylist fix my hair and I wasn’t disappointed at all. Thank you so much Soheyla and the management staff for really putting your customers first. I will be returning to the sterling cascades hair Cuttery.
