I have to start off with i love my nails!! i called and was told to be there at 6 for them to be able to do my nails. i got there and had to wait another 30 minutes which was not too big of a deal. when it was my turn i got sat with a nice lady and i showed her the picture and the color i wanted and she got straight to work. about a hour and a half later my nails were completely finished! she even asked my opinions along the way to make sure i liked everything! definitely will be coming back!

I HIGHLY recommend V&V nails! This was my second time at the salon and now I will never go anywhere else. They put a lot of effort into making sure your nails are shaped properly and are very gentle during the process. I wanted a fairly difficult design on one of my fingers, and Emma did such a great job! It turned out even better than the reference picture I showed her. Both times I have been here I was given great service and left with my expectations exceeded.

Emma absolutely NEVER fails!! she is so amazing with every detail she puts in, always taking her time & being understanding, she helps with free style ideas when i’m not sure what to do& is always ready for any inspo pic i show her! they all treat me with such love & kindness every time!it is always so peaceful… my boyfriend loves to get pedicures when i get my nails done& he loves it just as much. i recommend 1000%:)

Definitely recommend V&V nails! I’ve had horrific results at other bigger salons in Eau Claire with misshapen nails and so much bulky acrylic that my fingers looked clubbed. I came in as a walk in with a nail art design in mind for my upcoming baby shower, and my nail tech literally NAILED it! Speedy service and beautiful results! I did not walk away disappointed!

The absolute worst acrylic nail experience! The paint was pealing off within an hour of getting them done. I asked for almond shaped nails but they were all noticeably crooked and misshapen. Dirty files and other nail equipment were used on both me and my friends. When I asked for a refund the lady became verbally aggressive. If I could I would give this place zero stars because it is unsanitary and I would not recommend.

The pedicure I received was very low quality. I paid extra for exfoliation but minimal was done and the callouses remained. My nails were cut uneven and different shapes from one side to the other. We made concurrent appointments ahead of time but the pedicures were done consecutively. Live and learn, I will not be going back. Pedicure

An older man did my acrylic nails. He was super rough with them. I have thin nails so it felt like the drill was burning my flesh under my nails. The shape was off. There were visibly cuticles sticking out but didnt care to cut them off. Didnt care to have me wash my nails to get rid of extra dust before polishing so it turned out bumpy. Overall not happy with my nails at all.
