Absolute worst nail salon experience I’ve ever had. I was the second person in the salon and second on the wait list. five people came in after me. They all were serviced before me. All I was trying to get was a manicure. I waited 45 minutes after being sat at a table and was never serviced. I was also told they could not do a very simple design. Overall terrible experience. Vo’s nails sucks. Terrible staff. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone

If you are expecting a timely experience then definitely avoid Vo’s. They fail to tell you when you walk in that you will be soaking your feet in water that goes cold along with several other ladies while you wait upwards of an hour for a tech. Pedicure, Manicure

Vo’s always does a good job but I was really disappointed when I went this week. They sat me at a pedicure chair at 3:35 and did not start my service until 4:45. Over an hour I waited in the pedicure chair while my water got cold. I understand they are understaffed but I just wish they’d be honest with me when I walked in and let me know it would be an hour wait. They also raised the price of their gel manicure to $40 which is higher than a lot of other shops around town.

I have been coming here for about 2 years and i always book jennifer for my services. Unfortunately Today i randomly came in no appointment to get a pedi and a mani and was informed jennifer left and wont be returning. The guy who approached me was very rude and got mad because i wasn’t picking the polish quick enough. My friend who was also being serviced asked for change to tip the tech and he said he doesn’t have time for that. Also the short chubbier lady with the light brown color was rude and kept saying she is really busy etc just making the service feel really rushed. I will not ever be returning here again. I hate jennifer left…

Great service – my nail tech took the time to ask what I wanted instead of just jumping to the normal routine. I received a manicure and pedicure – pedicure was great and no complaints. They took great care of my nails and gave a neck massage while your hands are in the warmers. I docked a star because my nails chipped the next day and now on to the second day of my manicure and it majority of my nails have completely chipped off. Mimosas were also good!
