I recently moved to RSF, and I am so thrilled I found this gem of a salon! I’m a frequent flyer who needs her roots colored every two weeks, and each time I visit I’m treated like royalty. They even offer the most delicious cappuccinos! Serena is my hair stylist and she couldn’t be more charming and talented. Luis, the owner, and his wife, go out of their way to make one feel welcome. My review is not on the service. I am sure the service is superb. I was simply trying to do my job, introduce myself to the owner or manager of this salon because I am a business to business consultant. Luis told me that my use of the word “frustrating” during our conversation was annoying (even though I meant no offense whatsoever as I am an immigrant not from mainland America and do not have the best English.) I apologized. But He proceeded to tell me that his first language was not English either but that my use of the word was annoying anyway, and then kicked me out.
