Critical: PunctualityI’m new to the area and was in desperate need of a root touch up and cut. I scheduled an appointment for 2 and arrived at 1:55. A woman had 2 other clients at the time and said she’d be with me in 10 minutes. 25 minutes past and I still had not been seen. She then says she’d be with me in 2 minutes. This whole time just chatting away with her clients having no regard or respect for my appointment time. 2:40 rolled around and I got up to leave and she then said she was ready. I am usually a walk in or call the morning before and they always find a way to accommodate my inconsistent schedule. Friendly and patient staff. Clean and spacious salon. Always listens to my beauty needs and offer viable suggestions. Great community salon.
