I really enjoyed my experience at VNS. I called to make an appointment and they were able to take me right away. When I got there, I expressed I wanted nail art which I learned is done by Lynn, but she was working on someone else so the gentleman who works there gave me acrylics while she finished her client. I don’t know his name but he did a fantastic job, and I felt this was super efficient.

I absolutely love Lynn! Every single time I go in for a fill, I now I give her a challenging project in nail art, but she slays every time without fail! She gets the shape right & makes everything quick & painless. I’ve even had her multitask, working on my fill while my toes were getting finished. She’s great! Her employees are always friendly as well.

If i could give no starz I would it was my first time going there today after seeing good reviews but it turned out there fake because there not at all professional i went to get a full set simple french tips white wnd i ended up being there for 2 hours with sloppy nails and they ended up cutting my skin while filing and bled them for 72 dollars in the end i ended up getting just a regular color that also looks bad worst place ever . Do yourself a favor and Dont go there !!!!!!

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueThe male nail specialist Tony was really rude. He cut my real long nails without asking. My nails were all shaped differently. When I complained about it he started to grip my hands hard and rudely moving the nail hardener machine to the other hand before I could remove my hand out of it. I got pink tips and they are uneven and the gold glitter line is crooked and sloppy. He charged me 72 dollars for a full set. I paid in full just to get the heck out of there. When I complained about it he started to grip my hands hard and rudely moving the nail hardener machine to the other hand before I could remove my hand out of it. First and last time at this salon. Went here after reading positive reviews- just to be disappointed. I needed my acrylic nails removed and a new set on. I wanted a professional to remove my acrylics so that I wouldn’t rip my delicate natural nail trying myself. However, the “professional” used a nail trimmer to trim and rip the acrylics off and tore my natural nails. If I wanted my natural nails destroyed, I would have done it myself. I expected a professional to trim, drill, and/ or soak my acrylics to gently remove. Then, while filing the new acrylics, my finger was cut and bled. As it bled the “professional” put a drop of glue on it- to stop bleeding?? Anyway, I am left with painful and destroyed natural nails beneath new acrylics.
