Tried to rip the acrylic off of my real nail without soaking it then did a bad job matching tip to nail as I had broken it and needed a repair. Also didn’t pull the skin away from the acrylic afterwards …. it’s hours later and my nail still hurts underneath. I’ll be going to my nail salon and have it removed to see how bad she damaged my nail bed. I’ll never go back….

My daughter had call and she say a price to get our manicure we though it was a good price cheaper from the rest we get there they do the manicure the ladies very rough with our feet doesn’t do it like you’re supposed to do she got ready to paint my nails with the Gel and the Gel look like it was clumped up so I made her take it all and just do reg nail polish they charge me to take it off because I didn’t like it because it didn’t Look good then my daughter did hers and it was clumped up just like mine my daughter didn’t like hers and make her redo the owner or who ever she was she got mad she was very rough with my daughter‘s feet so she over charge us very rude to my daughter so we will never go back
