Critical: ProfessionalismThey did not honor a reservation we made over a month ago for a 1 hour massage for 6 people between 1-3. They did not honor a reservation we made over a month ago for a 1 hour massage for 6 people between 1-3. They said they would only do 30 minutes and it ended being more like 20 minutes between them having to answer the front of house. $50 for a sub par 20 minute massage where they talked to each other the entire time + insisting for tip afterward.

I show up at 1:50pm and I told the lady I had an appointment at 2pm and she said oh no did you call and I said yes I called this morning and she said no we are very busy. Bro. Positive: ProfessionalismI suffer from nerve damage and my lower back always hurts. I went in today to have a massage and April was amazing!! I let her know my lower back gives me the most problems since I work in the medical field. She focused on my lower back and hips and I can say afterwards I can now move my back without it hurting! I suffer from nerve damage and my lower back always hurts. I went in today to have a massage and April was amazing!! I let her know my lower back gives me the most problems since I work in the medical field. She focused on my lower back and hips and I can say afterwards I can now move my back without it hurting! I will definitely be back to see April again!! Thank you so much for helping my pain go away!!
