Critical: QualityI came to this salon to get some extensions and my hair done with STEPH. I REGRET so much coming to this salon with STEPH she is very NEGLIGENT and OVER PRICED GO SOMEWHERE ESLE. I paid her $1200 just to get BURNED by her. When I woke up the following day my ears and forehead felt like they were on fire and they were really itchy and super red when I let Sammy the front desk girl know all she said is that it’s an allergic reaction to the toner which I have no allergies to anything. I have been dying/bleaching my hair for years and I have never gotten an “allergic” reaction. Steph burnt me and she didn’t even want to talk to me she left in a hurry after she did my hair. I came to this salon to get some extensions and my hair done with STEPH. I REGRET so much coming to this salon with STEPH she is very NEGLIGENT and OVER PRICED GO SOMEWHERE ESLE. I paid her $1200 just to get BURNED by her. Now let’s move on to the attitude/ professionalism. Let’s start off by saying how pricey this place is. I got a natural balayage and paid $340, not even when I got my hair done in Glendale was it that expensive. Now let’s move on to the attitude/ professionalism. So they confirmed my apt, told me it was all set and everything, etc… I got there on time for my appt and found out it was close so I decided to wait for 40 minutes, I texted and called to see what’s going on, no answered. Don’t waist your time on a place with too many “good reviews” too good to be true. Excellent service I’m speechless I really don’t know where to start I really loved it. So they confirmed my apt, told me it was all set and everything, etc… I got there on time for my appt and found out it was close so I decided to wait for 40 minutes, I texted and called to see what’s going on, no answered. Don’t waist your time on a place with too many “good reviews” too good to be true. By the way it was not a last minute thing I’ve had been trying to set this apt for like a whole week.
