The absolute WORST manicure I’ve ever had. Polish extended beyond nail bed on most nails and uneven polish at edges. Every single fingernail was sub par. After my initial 4 min under the air dryer (no UV light), I showed the male technician (not sure his name) some of the flaws included a huge air bubble (which he said I must have touched that nail – and I did NOT). He then ADDED polish to several nails and added top coat to all of the nails again and back under the 4 min air dryer. Which does NOT set your nails so you have to be super careful when you leave or you’ll dent your nails (which I did to 2 of them)! Not only that, but several more air bubbles appeared once my nails fully cured. My 10 year old could have done a better job than this. I’m so upset. I’m going somewhere else tomorrow to have them redone. Beware!!

I have been going here for several years and no other nail salon compares. You want good quality nails and retention this is the place to go! I always make appointments, and always need to wait at least half hour. Today my appointment was at 1, I was in parking lot when the RUDE guy, calls me and says, I need to come back at 2:30, she busy!! Well first if all I made an appointment, I totally understand that sometimes you run a few minutes late, but they clearly don’t respect appointments!! Man, was so un professional and rude on the phone!! I will not be returning, instead tried the place across the road! Much better service and professional.

Kevin and Mimi are incredible. I moved to west palm in January and came here based on a Google search. I have gone no where else since. The quality and standard is so high. My nails last me 4-5 weeks. I always joke how it’s a bad business model because then I only come back once a month! They are always willing to do any design or picture I show them and I am always complimented by friends. Hands down best nail salon across the board.
