This is not like any ordinary salon. It’s obvious as soon as you walk in the door. They love fashion colored hair colors and are very good at it. I was there for hair extensions. As it was my first time I had a lot of questions and anxiety over not knowing anything about hair extensions but also going to a new salon. I met with the owner Emily and she was so knowledgeable and personable. The other stylists were very friendly and open about sharing their experience with color and extensions. I felt comfortable and by the end of my first appointment we were joking and laughing like we were friends for a long time. I loved how they asked each other for advise on everything from color correction to the best way to lay extensions to which product to use. When a stylist was finished for the day they said goodbye and hugged each other on the way out. It was great to see so many people enjoy where they were working and the people they worked with. You could tell they were a family that cared, valued and supported each other. I loved how my hair looked when Emily was done. The end result blew my expectations away. I will be going back not only because Emily did an amazing and fantastic job on my hair but also because this salon has a great group of people who work there.

Emily made me feel like a queen today! With little ones at home, it can be hard to prioritize my hair care… but I couldn’t be more pleased with the service here! All of the stylists were friendly and made it a relaxing environment. Emily gave me a full head of highlights and short cut with layers. She listened to what I wanted and delivered even better than I expected! I look forward to going back again.

Both Sydney & Emily were amazing! It was my first time dying my hair and they made sure that they knew what I wanted and offered different ideas. I got my hair highlighted and it looks natural. They did it effectively and efficiently. Sydney did so well on the cut giving me long layers and she styled my hair perfectly for a night out with my hubby. Thank you ladies so much!

I was nervous about trusting someone with a big cut like mine…Oh my word, I will never trust anyone else with my hair but Emily! She asked what I wanted, I showed her a picture and she described what was in the picture to make sure it’s what I was talking about, continued asking throughout the hair cut if I liked where it was, explained what she was doing and why, and I am absolutely IN LOVE with my hair!!!! Vivid is incredible, such a fun atmosphere and Emily is my hair person for life. 11/10 would highly recommend!!
