I love Kelsey, she is amazing! Today, she wasn’t there, as you can’t request a stylist. I signed up for a bayalage over red hair that looked beautiful before. I just wanted depth and showed a photo. I ended up with dark red roots and golden highlights everywhere else, which are two completely different colors. It looks beyond horrible. The girl was amazing, so sweet, I thought she understood, we looked at the photo and I explained what I wanted. It wasn’t until they were washing my hair she said they didn’t have red toners, so they applied a golden one which I agreed to but I am not an expert nor did I know what that meant. Complete disaster.

BLONDES BEWARE! The place is understaffed and over scheduled. They don’t have the capacity to take the time needed for blonde hair and I’m not convinced the home kits work for blondes either. My hair is just orange and even after coming back and getting a tone and highlights added, its horrible. Just save your money and put it towards a salon.

I was booked for roots +balayage and blowout from 12.45 pm to 3.30pm I reached 15mins late and I tried to call them nobody picked up the phone to inform that I will be late with an emergency. so one of the employee said she can do only roots and I should comeback for rest of the service for another day. the roots takes only 30 minutes to color I still had 2 hours 15 minutes. Because I reached 15 mins late she denied me the service. I canceled the appointment because of that they charged me 97.50 $ . The 50% of the amount this is absolutely disgusting this is not a corporate office where you have to punch in time. There can be any emergency for people to be late. This the first time I had such a bad experience in my life with a salon. Too bad they lost a customer and Had free money without providing and service.

This place needs a lesson on customer service. I ordered online and had already paid. I arrived at the store and parked in the spot with the “curbside pickup” sign. I called the store. No answer. I had a sleeping baby in the car and it was 114° out. I called again, and again and again and after finally getting through to the hold option for 18 min, someone answered and I explained that I had a baby sleeping in the car and an order that was already paid for and could someone bring my bag to the front door so I could grab it. I was placed on hold for another 15 min. Finally, I was told, sorry they are busy. By this time, I had been sitting for 45 min. the baby started screaming so I had to find a different parking spot and go into the store where I was handed my bag. It literally could have been so easy for them to say, we are finishing up with a customer and could be out in a few. I didn’t even expect them to come to my car. To the door, so I could still see my car and child, would have taken them no additional effort. In these times, businesses who have a customer focused attitude get five stars and my money.
