I would have posted this sooner but I felt like maybe I needed more time with my nails. I got these done Tuesday, it’s Saturday and I’m going to another place to get them re-done. The acrylic was thick on my skin and it has started to lift and break off. My cuticles are tore the f up, and almost painful. The shape is great and what I wanted, and the employees were very nice. However, I felt like the tools were not very clean and application was not very good. Everyone here is very sweet. But I paid $55 for this set and I don’t think it was executed very well. I won’t be retuning anytime soon for my hands. But I’ve gotten a pedicure there and it’s been a month and it looks great. So maybe it was just the tech (it was a man and I never got his name).

I have been coming to Vivi Nails for almost a year now. I have to be honest and say my experience hasnt always been the greatest. I stuck in there because the location is super convenient for me and my busy schedule. The inconsistencies come to play depending on how busy and who ends up servicing you. Not every visit was bad, but Ive certainly had a few along the way. Being that i am usually a walk in, I dont mind to wait or which tech I get. Most smile and are pretty nice, especially a few of the ladies. Because of how I visit the shop, I expect some variation of work performance. However here is where I have to agree with past complaints regarding customer service. It’s horrible. While if there is an issue they will attempt to fix, but not before denying fault, blaming you and making a scene to find out who did your nails. If I notice something in shop or something with the work after I’ve left, I usually will address it. Other times I’m busy so I just deal with it. I debated on writing this but it’s a big issue for me considering the prices paid and gratuities given. Even the prices have been inconsistent and I personally get similar service each time. I’m just over feeling a way about asking for quality service that I paid to receive and getting treated as if I stole something or cussed someone out. I wouldn’t write this if it was one time because I get people have bad days but this is more than once. In customer service it shouldn’t be about the error but about how the business chooses to fix it that demonstrates their quality. I gave a three because some of the staff are just a joy and I hate to diminish their work,but just don’t have an issue. The vibe changes quickly.
