Critical: ProfessionalismHad my granddaughter for a few days and she wanted a cut and style. Made an appointment for 2 the following day(Thursday). She did decide she wanted highlights after making the appointment. Got to the appointment and at first it was..they say we will do the cut and style today and highlights tomorrow(Friday) due to time. It wasn’t a big deal because when we made the appt she hadn’t decided on highlights. A few minutes later they say..we will just reschedule her for everything tomorrow. Ok..no big deal again because we did add highlights to the appt. I have been using Salon 2000 for several years now. Jenni is my go-to gal but all the other ladies are just as talented (and nice). I can honestly say that Jenni cares about each of her clients. I trust her completely with my hair. In a way my hair is like one of her creations–I give her free reign when it comes to coloring my hair and she always impresses! I get stopped at least once a week by complete strangers asking where I get my hair done. In my opinion, you can’t beat that! I HIGHLY recommend them!
