I am constantly impressed by the quality of services they provide, and I’m even more impressed by the friendliness of each staff member. I came here with high hopes based on the reviews i read. overall the customer service was very good and the nail technician i had was very funny and personable. The two glitter nails did not turn out the way I asked for them to be but i did not complain because my nail tech did a very good job otherwise. despite not getting exactly what i asked for When i left i was optimistic that i had finally found a good and reliable nail salon in lubbock. however less than two days later, 3 of my nails have already popped off. I was not unusually rough on my nails. i’ve been getting dip power nails for years and typically they can last me 2-4 weeks if i’m careful enough with them. it’s just super disappointing because I liked my nails enough to go back and give them another try but it’s ridiculous that less than a week after i go almost half my nails have managed to just pop right off 🙁

WORST SERVICE EVER!! Worst part of all was that it came from the owner. I asked to have a full set done. When she started cutting my nails I let her know that it was shorter then what I asked and she said no it just looks short. Once she started adding the color I let her know that it was still short. She replied with attitude that it was not and that if I wanted to stop. I responded with yes I’m done (she had done 2 nails). She said ok it will still be $30 because I already did some work. At this point I said what ever since I’m going to have to pay might as well finish them. She was taking forever and being really rough. I told her that I need to leave cause I had another appointment. She told me to come back before 5 so she can finish. Of course I paid before I left. I wasvery unsatisfied with my nails but was still giving them an opportunity. I went back at 4:35 and was told she was gone and that she would be back in 10min. I ask if one of the 4 employees could finish them and was told they DIDNT know how to finish them. At this point I asked for a refund and was told the owner had to do it. 5:15 comes around and the lady walks in YELLING that she was not going to give me a refund. I asked her to stop yelling at me cause I was not being rude. I told her the service was horrible and my nails where horrible not worth the $70. She kept yelling. I told her look I wanted to have them fix but non of your employees knew how, she responded with they where busy that’s why they didn’t help. I told her sorry but when I arrived there was ZERO people here and they where just chatting away in a corner. She resonded with oh they DONT know how to do nails. I was in shocked by the responde. Finally another guy said let me try to fix them I agreed since it was clear I was not going to get my money back. He kind of fixed them but also cut me while he was filing my nails. I WILL NEVER go back to this place. I would NOT recommend it to anyone.

I was carrying my groceries today and I saw that 2 fell. When I was doing my laundry they all just started peeling off. And behind my nails it had something falling apart it happened after the 2nd day. This was my second time coming because I loved the first time I went.Update: I went back to get my nails fixed when they contacted me and I LOVE them! Definitely will be going back. Wow. I had the best, most pleasant experience here. Emily was wonderful! I was there fifteen minutes after they closed and she didn’t rush to try and finish. The best pedicure I’ve had in a long long time!!!!! Pedicure
