If you need just a trim DO NOT go to Jenn (Klein-Agnew). She is overly aggressive with the shears. I asked for 1 -1 1/4″ off and she gave me the shortest hair cut I have had in 50 years! It is very traumatizing to have too much hair cut off and when I asked for a refund, she refused – which is understandable – because if she cut everyone’s hair too much like she did mine she’d make no money…she did admit her preference is cutting men’s hair – well she forgot a women was in the chair!
