I’ve been using VIP nails for going on 10 yrs. Tina and crew has always been so amazing, polite, and do the best work. And their color selection is unmatched. I love that every time I come, it’s NOT always a whole new staff or changing management and ownership. A few years ago I needed my nails to match the color of my dress for a formal event and Tina matched it EXACTLY based off a picture alone. My nails always last well over 4 weeks (I don’t mind the grow out, that’s about as often as I’m able to get in!) I also bring my daughters here and the three of us are always treated so good! I’ll never use any other establishment for my nails. They’ll always have my business.

It’s Saturday, I called at 6:40pm knowing that they closed in just 20 minutes because I desperately needed a pedicure and the owner was so kind and said for me to come on in. I had called two other places in town and they said no they closed at 7 o’clock sharp. Ana is the absolute best because I care more about the massage than I actually do the paint on my nails! She was amazing! Thank you to Tina and her staff.

I wouldn’t even leave a one star review if it was up to me. In my honest opinion and everyone who was with me can agree they were being very racist towards me. Very disgusting behavior. We won’t be back at all. Cant believe they tried to charge me $90 for a simple ombré full set with a barb wire heart design. There is no way in hell a bunch of lines can equal up to $25. I was extremely over charged for absolutely no reason. Do better for the next customer of color you have if you get any. I also didn’t get what I asked for at all the nails are bumpy to the touch we all felt very rushed. Next time I want a stiletto dipped set I’ll gladly take my business else where and get what I asked for.

Receptionist? Was very rude. Don’t know what to call her she was everywhere. Very unprofessional, usually pay 120+ at a home tech so no problem spending $$ on my nails but if you want anything that they don’t want to do they’ll hassle you about the price this and that. I heard the price about 5 times from her in one sentence and each time I said okay.
