Asked a simple question how much for medium length Nails the lady was rude and then had the audacity to make fun of me while I was sitting there like I didn’t understand what she was saying transferred me to another lady who was absolutely amazing but the owner the man is just disrespectful, you can tell that’s a shady man I have gone to this establishment for over 3 years but I promise you I will never go back the way you treat your customers is disrespectful and uncalled for I witnessed two other girls being harassed by the owner and then his own coworker was rude and disrespectful I’m glad I look like I do because that woman look like a man with a Hawaiian shirt on get it together treat your customers better.. disrespectful

These people are unbelievable. First and foremost, they charge entirely too much for simple plain Jane nails. I went in to get a acrilic full set no designs nothing with gel do you know the lady was hurting my nails with the nail drill until I bled even after still wanted to yell at me and tried to charge me 90 dollars. On top of that 65 for a Pedi. They don’t even properly clean the foot tubs you soak in. I watched them do it she only used a paper towel no disinfecting cleaner at all!!! THEN brought in another client to soak in the same tub . The chairs is all cut up and have you itching. Bugs crawling everywhere. Then wanna overcharge you to do any ol thing to your nails and they don’t even last. Very unprofessional and nasty environment. No sir. I’ve found another on w.25 Lorain Giana. Their cheaper, more people friendly, and does way better nails than these crooks. I was doing business with nail pro for 2 years leaving them to go to Giana nail tech was 1 of the the best moves I ever made in my life. I’ve been getting Pedi & Mani’s since I was 11 years old. I’m now 35. I know good nail techs when I see them but nail pro will leave u broke and unhappy. If you want good quality nails for your hard earned money with good vibes in a CLEAN, polished & highly welcoming atmosphere, stay away from nail pro and go with Giana. Promise you won’t regret it!
