I don’t get to get my feet done often but when I do I drive the 45 minutes to go here. So much my husband even gifted me $300 in gift cards. Well today was my youngest daughters birthday and we made a special trip. 2 pedicures and manicures. $95 later I got my feet soaked, scrubbed, a bloody toe and shellac painted. No massage, no exfoliate, no paraffin, nothing. My legs weren’t touched at all. my manicure consisted of her filing my nails and putting a Clear coat. No cuticle care, no soaking, no massage. My 7 year olds polish didn’t last an hour (and yes it was fully dry). So thank you Linda, for basically overcharging and not giving us a full service. I will not be back and have lost money that remains on another gift certificate.. and before someone says I should have said something, No I shouldn’t have had to!!

Critical: Punctuality, QualityThis place was a disaster, I was in there for 4 hours for a simple manicure and pedicure, the nail tech that did my manicure was great however the older gentleman that did my pedicure was horrible he cut me on both feet on the cuticle area so bad they would not stop bleeding, the nail polish job was worse, and when I pointed it out the the cashier all they said was I’m so sorry, bottom line this place does not accept appointments and if you don’t have time to do a service just say so and give the customer the choice to either wait or come back another time. Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, Valuei went in and got my nails done they did not give me what i asked for so i asked them to take the off and do a new set they then took it to them self to give me a color i did not ask for and put it on my nail when i said not to they did them so poorly they did not make me pay please DO NOT GO HERE.

Cut my finger with aggressiveness and rushing through a basic manicure! Drew blood and everything, then still had the nerve me to charge for the service! I would avoid this place if you can.

Loved everything about my first experience there. Been waiting 10 months. Worth the wait. Quality work and very hygienic. Pedicure was bit quick but he was alone and clients began coming in. But great leg massage. I was extremely happy with my nails, lashes and brow waxing.

Yesterday was my worst visit to date. I came in for a manicure and pedicure. The pedicure was great, but the guy that did my nails seemed like he didn’t want to listen to anything I said. Instead of soaking of my dip powder, he wanted to just e-file my nails and use an acrylic nail to pry of the rest. Very painful. I asked the first time could he soak them off and he continued doing things his way. I stated again that it hurt and that he needed to soak my nails. The guy caught an attitude like I should have just sat through the pain. Once the dip powder was off, he immediately just went right in with a fingernail clipper & cut my natural nails. I didn’t ask for them to be cut or trimmed. He cut them almost to the skin. Then he didn’t even listen when I told him what color I wanted on my nails. The base coat that he started with wasn’t even smooth and chipped off within hours. Sorry, I won’t be coming back again.

Critical: QualityI was persistent on what color shape and design I wanted and was pushed into a different color with disappointing designs and they were RUDE!! The only reason I went to them is because they are the only salon in LC that does Milk bath nails and I wanted to try them!! I showed 2 different examples and was specific on my color and down to the flowers! The shape is beautiful but the red blobs for flowers on my middle fingers and the sparkly pink the tech pushed on me when I stated I wanted MILKY WHITE ruined the whole experience!! I was persistent on what color shape and design I wanted and was pushed into a different color with disappointing designs and they were RUDE!! The only reason I went to them is because they are the only salon in LC that does Milk bath nails and I wanted to try them!!
