Unable to even schedule and appointment. Ive tried calling the main office number as well as the Kapolei office. Ive waited on multiple long holds to be connected to a live person. I understand the front desk can get busy, and you may miss a call her and there. But Ive called a dozen times. Maybe the doctors are great…but the front desk certainly isnt.

The employees in Kapolei are rude and disrespectful. I’m a retired Military Vet and my wife had a referral through the military to see you guys. My wife’s time is very valuable and the only days off to make medical appts are on Mondays and Tuesdays. She was led to believe that she would be seeing a dermatologist and not a PA. Who ever your nursesthere needs to be fired. I will personally let TRICARE, Tripler, Schofield AMC, and every military hospital I know not to use you guys for any dermatology referral. Your so called “team” is rude, obnoxious, and have no compassion or understanding when it comes to their patients.

I had an appointment with them but the follow up has been horrendous. They needed to get back to me on a prescription and never did. I called repeatedly and have not received any feedback on my prescription, despite repeated calls. I have been calling for updates for 3 weeks now. This type of service is unsatisfactory.

I’ve been going to Complete Dermatology office in Mililani over the past 5 years and am very happy with the services provided by the doctors and staff there. However, the earliest date for my next appointment was available at the Kapolei office and I decided to go there thinking both locations were under the same medical group/company so I expected the same (or similar) level of service and care as seen at the Mililani location. When I saw the online review, I wondered why the Kapolei office has only three stars while the Mililani office has four. After my very first appointment which only took less than 10 mins, I could understand why. And I’ve decided not to visit the Kapolei office again.

Justin Maio, PA-C is an excellent PA. He is knowledgeable, personable, efficient, and does a great job. I highly recommend him for your Derm needs. I am also impressed with their MA staff. They do a great job getting the appropriate info to the provider, they have the path reports printed and ready to give you, and they are friendly.
