I tried this place today for the first time since they changed owners. Crystal did my ANC nails. She listened to my requests and did an amazing job. She was confident while doing my nails. She has different techniques and they proved to be a success. I will definitely be going back! Dip powder

I got a removal of anc and a simple gel manicure. When I walked in, the man was in his phone slouched on the couch. I was told to pick a color and the man stood there watching me like a hawk making me feel uncomfortable. When I sat down he was obviously upset or annoyed. When soaking my nails he was huffing and puffing the whole time. I did not feel welcome at all. During the gel process my nail touched his finger and he slammed the drawers as he got the cotton to remove the polish from his finger. I will NEVER go back to this place. I HIGHLY recommend you go elsewhere. The place was dirty, the bathroom was gross, the service was horrible. Never again.

Truly if I can give them a 0 I would. Got a fill done and they broke the minute I got home that night. Went back the next day and she rushed me so fast out the door. She did not care about the gel time to cure each layer. She broke multiple heath regulations during the season. I asked her to please fix the black line and with her hand she waved me off saying I was done. I gave back the card they gave me the night before with the lady I went to name on it and said I would not be back.

I’ve been going to VIP for 6 years. I’ve always had a good experience. It had been a while since going due to the pandemic . Apparently they changed owners. My pedicure was terrible the manicure process was so bad that I stopped the service & left. I’ll never return. I went to another place. Showed them what VIP did. They were shocked & fixed both my hands & my feet. I’m not typically one to complain. But, it was such a bad an experience. I was deeply disappointed. I can’t be the only long time customer that is saddened by how much the level of service has declined.

The worse place for pedicure, they care more about giving them a tip then take time to do the job right!!! My pedicure was literally 10 min long, she never massaged my legs the lotion she put on was not rubbed in, she just wiped it with the towel. I will never go back there again. Pedicure
