Had an appointment. When I got there they were confused. Another lady walked in after me they put us both in a ped. chair and started on her. I waited an hour in that chair they changed the water cuz it got cold. Then I was the only one left and it felt rushed. Paid $160 abd did my feet and hands at the same time, 2 hours in the chair my bottom was numb.

For my set, they did pretty good. A few bubbles here and there, not too bad though. My friends set on the other hand, HORRIBLE! Bubbles, discoloration, nail was not cleaned at all, and incompetent staff! The managers mother works at their spa, and she absolutely ignored the issues. She had to redo them twice and still messed them up, one of her nails literally had a hair in them! Even after telling them we wouldn’t be back the proceeded to give us a gift card. As my friend said, “I don’t want them. I don’t want to pay for them. You can have them, take them off.”. Not worth the gas or the money! The two stars are for the nail tech that did mine, not the best work but she was nice and did her job.

I love their friendliness and willing to go that extra mile for you. Tooke me some time finding a nail place I’m comfortable with I’m glad I found them, I’ve been living here in Annaville for about 3yrs now so glad I found them. Prices are reasonable as well.

This is one of my favorite places I go to get my nails done, because they always do a great job. The only problem is that they don’t do a very good job with appointments or any group of people. I tried to get my nails done here for prom and me wedding, but they couldn’t take my appointment within the hour it was scheduled. It was very frustrating having to try to get myself and 3 bridesmaids in some place else, because they took walk ins first.

Was a longer wait than first indicated. Staff is friendly. I think it pays to call ahead and think it pays to get go know your technician. Like most places some are better than others. Staff is friendly and attentive. My manicure (SNS Powder) cost $35 and was well done. I will call for an appointment next time.

Very nice people, but my nail tech did a horrible job both times. The first time my nails were not painted fully some areas on the side were missed. I decided to give them another try and figured they were in a rush. This time around I asked the man if he could paint the areas missed AGAIN! When I went outside and looked at my nails in the sun there were so many streaks in them, never again!

First time trying this place, my friend and I went in for pedicures and full sets with regular acrylic. Pedicure was rushed and mediocre. My technician had an attitude. Then we waited 45 minutes to get our nails done (it was prom night for the local hs so it was understandable). I LOVED the way our nails came out. BUT BARELY A WEEK LATER AND BOTH SETS ALREADY STARTED TO FALL OFF. I’ve had cheaper nails that lasted longer.
