My mom goes all the time and love’s it here. We only get regular gel manicures and they are amazing and cheap! The girls that work there are really sweet. I will keep going for manicures. Haven’t had any bad experiences yet… actually one time I was extremely rude because I did not want to wear a stupid mask and the girl was still nice to me. So I left her a big tip.

The male owner of this business shouted and humiliated my wife in front of other customers and his employees simply because she asked to put the tip on a credit card. Totally unacceptable and outrageous behavior for a business owner, especially and unfortunately because the women who do the actual work are very nice. Never patronizing this business again!

Gel pedicures are good.. Eyebrows waxing are not. They messed up my eyebrows last time and I had to let them grow out and got them done somewhere else. The girls that work there are nice but it’s the owner that is rude which is what the other reviewers are mentioning. I had the same experience. It was my first time there and he didn’t want to take the tip because I had to put it on the card. Cash tips are encouraged from their sign not an absolute. He told me the next time he wouldn’t add the tips on my card. That wouldn’t hurt me just your staff. Smh. Unreal

Critical: Professionalism, QualityVery unprofessional had fill plus gel and pedicure charged 75.00 plus nice tip. Went outa state in a week nails lifted. 3 broke. Called owner he made app today Saturday 2nd week all nails lifting. I went in promptly at 230 said its normal spoke to me like I was an idiot and told me they are acrylic. I know this I’ve been going to other salons never an issue. I do not recommend. Waited while they spoke in their language. I do no recommend. I bring a lot of my friends here because it is very friendly and they do a great job and it is lower cost than many of the local nail salons. I never had any false nails or anything like that, so my review is specifically for traditional polish, gel mani and pedicures. It is a small salon but the girls are receptive to conversation and they are really sweet. They do a great job on eye brows too.

Horrible service, been here for years and they were such a good place, but the owner the guy has significantly become more rude than ever. Went in and wanted a manicure and apparently if is not gel they dont do manicures because they want to charge more. I said I couldn’t get gel for health reasons and he refused. So i took my money somewhere else. Honestly the treatment isn’t worth the trip. Check somewhere else!

This was the first place I tried since moving to Naugatuck 1 year ago. I have been going to Devin only in which shes amazing! However, after covid hit they “do not” do regular manicures. Just recently moved to the area and I had gone to another nail salon close by after I was done with work at 5pm. This was my second choice and it’s should have been my first. They took me in for a Mani/pedi without hesitation even though they were to close by 6/6:30pm. I think they are clean and worth a try even though prices on some items are a little high.
