Critical: Professionalism, QualityFirst time getting my nails done at VIP nails and it was the worst experience. Nail tech was extremely rude. She didn’t listen and over talked me. After being there for 3 hours I had to leave unhappy with my nails. Nails were not properly shaped or buffed and nail polish color on hands were did not match. I requested a purple with matte finish. Pedicure color was exactly what requested but manicure was a different purple. She nodded and brushed me off. I returned the next day to give her an opportunity to fix my nails and she still was ill mannered. She spoke about being tired of doing nails after 30 years and she was planning on retiring this year. She proceeded to tell me I got a deal because other places charge for matte finish. I paid $75 for pedicure and manicure and was subjected to pure disrespect. Besides being rude her skill level is subpar. As I was leaving I told her I was unhappy with her service and her reply was “that is ok”. Never again!!!!! First time getting my nails done at VIP nails and it was the worst experience. Nail tech was extremely rude. She didn’t listen and over talked me. After being there for 3 hours I had to leave unhappy with my nails. Nails were not properly shaped or buffed and nail polish color on hands were did not match. I requested a purple with matte finish. But this time I was very disappointed, she rushed and it shows in her work. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueThis is a fabulous relaxing place to get your nails, feet and pretty much anything done. Cheiu and mama (as I call her) are great and professional and always greet you with a smile and do amazing work. Every time I leave it’s like a getaway so check them out you won’t be disappointed:)
