Had my first massage here today – it was a birthday gift. 90 minutes of bliss! I workout pretty heavy and requested a deep massage. Shara was my therapist and was great! 5 Stars for her alone!

The massage was good but I didn’t get what I asked for. I was supposed to get 90 minutes but if I got 75 minutes I was lucky. You shouldn’t make the next customer not get what they paid for because your previous session ran long. It’s a shame too because I was looking for a place to get frequent massages.

They made it so difficult to cancel after paying over 1 year for a membership. I had to wait for the manager to call me, didn’t connect with her so they just kept charging me and when I finally contacted with her refused To refund the charge after I canceled. They leave you on the hook so someone who is very unavailable tries to talk you out of canceling and then they are the only one who can email a very cumbersome form which has to be printed and mailed back in order to cancel. They take advantage of members who have fulfilled their contract and try to squeeze every last dollar they can until members are mad enough to figure out this ridiculous, archaic cancellation policy.

Critical: ProfessionalismI got a massage here over the summer but this place rubbed me the wrong way, no pun intended. What was supposed to be a nice relaxing visit turned out to cause me much more stress as my Apple Watch was stolen from this location. In a few hours I saw my watch go from this location to Edison via Find my IPhone, until it died, in which both management and police couldn’t do anything for me. I was assured that the rooms were thoroughly cleaned after, which means one of two things…The male massage therapist took my watch, or the person after me took it. My mom had a massage after that person in the same room and did not see my watch. The watch would have been left on the chair. Unfortunately I am paying the price for me leaving my things behind, but after being relaxed from the massage, I forgot to grab it. I had a great experience here. I was given a gift card so I booked a facial and massage with them. For my facial I had Elizabeth, she was so sweet and took the time to explain what she was doing and why is was good for my skin. My face felt so hydrated and looked even better. For my massage I had Carol, her hands are amazing!!! She worked through all my knots and helped me relax and unwind. I would go back in a heart beat if I could afford their membership. If you go, def all for Elizabeth and Carol, you won’t be disappointed

She was friendly and professional, I would recommend her and that location 100% *Update* Went in on again on Monday 5/3/21 and saw Kathleen, it’s the next day now and all my stress and tension in my shoulders is gone, bought the membership, Highly recommend this place!

Solomon was my masseuse for my deep tissue and he was one of the best I have tried to date. I regret I only booked 1hr even though I needed 2 to get all of the kinks out. Hillsborough was not my “home” location but I wanted to try a different place since the masseuse I normally booked at my home spa quit. I plan to book again after I try the Metuchen location which is closer to me.

Staff at front desk not knowledgeable about services, was ready to order 90 minute hot stone as a gift and was first in line, however I was pushed to the side for someone to pay for a cream while having my 3 year old son with me. Needless to say I will not be visiting and highly DO NOT reccomend this location. Find another chain which cares about its customers.
