Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueGuys and gals I am one tough customer I am very difficult to satisfy. I’ve been through dozens of nail salons in the greater Pittsburgh area and I can say these guys are the best. If you go everyone is great but I’ve gone with Rose and Mimi they are the best. They treat me like a queen and I work on a farm and handle trucks and equipment and yet my nails never break. I have long nails! My nails look great for the two weeks until I come back for my fill. This is the third time I’ve been there, this is the third time I’ve been satisfied. Guys and gals I am one tough customer I am very difficult to satisfy. I’ve been through dozens of nail salons in the greater Pittsburgh area and I can say these guys are the best. If you go everyone is great but I’ve gone with Rose and Mimi they are the best. They treat me like a queen and I work on a farm and handle trucks and equipment and yet my nails never break. I have long nails! My nails look great for the two weeks until I come back for my fill. This is the third time I’ve been there, this is the third time I’ve been satisfied. This is the first time I’m recommending them but you should go.

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueVery disappointed with the service received. Started with a Luxury Pedicure which includes a peppermint foot soak, a hot towel wrap, a massage and cleaning of nails and I got my nails cut and got 1 towel placed on my legs for 3 seconds before removing to wipe down my legs. Never got my peppermint foot soak, only scalding hot water. Never received a foot massage or had my ingrown nails cut. My hand nails are also bad. I always get a gel fill with the dip powder on top and they don’t do that here. I told them to use a brush because I don’t like to dip my nails inside a container everyone else does. She told me she wouldn’t and proceeded to dip my nails anyways. I told her over 3 times not to dip and she did anyways. I asked for coffin shaped nails and as you can see a few are slight coffin and the others are square. One of my nails is flat and the other has a lump and she told me that’s how my nail is and if I wanted to I could cut it off later. I told the young girl as I was paying about the bad service and she responded with “I don’t know what that entails, I can go get them if you want.”, she was more interested in leaving and going home to finish her school project then trying to speak with an unsatisfied customer. We paid $163.00 for bad service, unsatisfactory nails with defects and to be spoken about in their native language. The service was not free, I paid and left fuming because of the horrible customer service. I rate this place a “0”!
