Unfortunately, something has changed here. I came in for the first time since the pandemic and I was greeted with rudeness, impatience, and yelling. When I was sat, the technician was yelling at everyone around them, slamming things around, slamming drawers, etc. They start on my nails with a dirty file that still had filings all over it. I asked for round nails (shellac) and they weren’t round, i showed the technician which nail still needed shaping and she grabbed my hand rudely, then started filing aggressively while yelling in Vietnamese. Several times she got up and left without telling me why or saying anything and I just sat there confused while she cleaned the pedicure station or disappeared entirely. So many times I wish I had just walked out and left. This felt stressful, hectic, and disrespectful from beginning to end – it did not feel like pampering myself like getting your nails done should. I’m not sure what is going on with them, but this is not the quality they used to have. I will never return.

The people who run the place are very polite. The girl who did my pedicure was absolutely great and wonderful and deserves more than three stars. My nails however I am unhappy with when my pedicure ended and it was time to get my nails done there was a 30 minute wait even though there were techs. My polish job looks like a kindergartner did it. It was cheaper than what I usually pay at my regular spot and it looks like it.

Horrible service on so many levels. In the middle of giving me a pedi the nail tech had to clean another foot station for another client. She used a sponge but when she got done with that, she did a quick rinse on the gloves she had on. I asked her politely to please change out her gloves. She got offended. Sponges harbor a lot of germs and that’s why I asked her to change out her gloves. Two of my toe nails were noticeably cut really crooked. I wore flip flops to my appointment and two of my other nails got smeared even while after putting my feet underneath the dryer.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueDO NOT GO HERE. I got my nails done and they look AWFUL. The previous color on my nails was not taken off properly (I pointed that out 3x and was ignored each time) and he put acrylic on over it. All of my nails are different lengths and some are crooked.
