I took my mom and sister with me to get our nails done for my graduation (1 full gel set and two gel manicures) Kelly was super nice and did amazing, helping me choose colors and explaining the difference between a coffin/almond shape etc. especially since it was my first time getting nails! My mom and sister had a lot of fun with the nice hand massage they did before they painted their nails too. A great experience overall and I’m definitely coming back!!

Only positive thing to say about here is it looks nice inside. My regular nail girl was booked for months so I decided to stop here since it’s around the corner from my house but I regret it. I only needed a full in & wanted some designs.

I went to two separate guys, one for a pedicure and one for a full set. The one doing my full set couldn’t shape and about half of my nails are slanted. He was quiet the whole time more like in a bad mood, ready to go home. They don’t use new equipment for clients. Like hot towels, the little buff bar, etc. All of them were dull and I asked for new ones they told me they have to reuse them. I still proceeded to ask and they gave me “a new” (another used one). For the hot towel they emptied the dirty bin searches through for ones that looked the cleanest and threw them back in the warmer

The place is really nice on the inside and the staff is friendly. However I will not be back. The bowl I was soaking my hands was set aside. Another tech came and picked it up to use on another guest. The bowl wasn’t sanitized. After I was done with my service, the nail tech rinsed his tools off and placed them in a blue package to be used again. I’ve now learned that just because a nail tech is pulling from a blue pack doesn’t mean the tools are sanitized.

The outside and inside establishment of King Palace is very nice. I’ve personally been here about 3 times the last time I did visit very poor customer service with BRANDIE she appears to be a younger women has a horrible attitude not good customer service etiquette appears to rush on nails and toes. She does get upset when you let her know about something she messed up and makes a scene! Very unprofessional! I would not recommend someone like BRANDIE working in my salon! She makes king palace look really bad! I will not return after how Brandie made me feel. I will also be calling to speak with the owner

Go to this nail salon very often. Had a young girl by the name of BRANDIE polish my nails very rude. She came over with her AirPods in here ear did not greet nor speak very blunt. Horrible customer service brought it to her attention about a mistake on my nails she was very loud and rowdy! Not one time did I make a scene I simply told BRANDIE it was a messed up do on her part I hadn’t move yet. She made a scene within the whole establishment. No one was able to calm her down. Very very unprofessional! Did not know you guys operate business this way having employees treat customers with 0 respect when a customer wasn’t even rude to her. There was no manager on duty to Deescalate the situation. Nothing was done. I will NOT be returning to this establishment spending my hard earned money. BRANDIE is horrible awful for a business stand point. I highly do not recommend this place or BRANDIE the associate.
