I hadn’t been there in about two years (Covid messes things up for everybody), but when I returned, I pleasantly found new decor, same great service, and just an great overall experience. One thing that I didn’t like, and it’s a small thing is the use of the dremel tool; not too fond of that, but it’s a personal preference. Otherwise, I will most definitely return!

On 12/24/19, I went into village nails for an organic fill. The first red flag is shortcuts being taken during the process despite my asking them not to. On one hand the just filed down the color (right hand) on left hand they completely soaked off the acrylic. I asked specifically that they also soak off on the right but they swore it was fine. Next, i asked for coffin shaped nails, they could not get the shape right, half my nails were square, some coffin and some crooked, this was after numerous times asking them to fix the shape on various nails, i gave up, paid and went on my way.

Me and my friend went in to get pedicures. They were great at first, then it started going downhill when they practically forced my friend to get her nails done. So I got mine done with her. They rushed us, and the end result was poor quality. I asked for only gel polish but they gave me acrylic with gel. My lady didn’t even cut my cuticles until after my polish was applied. She cut my finger, and left my nails a mess underneath them. Glue and everything. Not happy.
