The owner is a professional (Italian) barber. I have had my hair cut here for years, as have many of Mike’s customers. I have also had my hair cut in other real barber shops in Chicago, New York, Miami, Spain while on business where I had to look very polished, not clipped just with electric clippers. This is a place men will appreciate in Chicago that with a quality. It is near the Kennedy expressway and easy and near free to park. There are some high end barbers as good, but this is low key and easy to get in.

I’ve had my hair cut by all three generations of the Mastromauro family. Always a great haircut and a friendly place to visit. They embody what it means to be a good neighbor to all. Although Vince recently went to see his Maker, Mike and Nina and all the staff there are full of warm hospitality and top notch haircuts.
