I got my nails done here and the technicians there are very nice ladies and accommodating, but I was in Monday April 8th, and when I left on the way home I noticed all of my nails were still very tacky. I went home and put them back under the lamp. Since then the top coat has peeled and chipped off of four fingers so far, and has lost pigment in spots. Then tonight not even a week later I lost a nail.

I know nothing about nail salons but was pleased with this visit as my daughter had her nails done for the first time. We didn’t have an appointment but they took us right in no problem. Very reasonable price for the basic manicure. Took about 25 minutes and she was very pleased with her nails so that means Dad is happy too! Good price, great service, and just an overall pleasant experience for my daughter. Would definitely go back here again and since she’s still a preteen I imagine we will!

While everyone here is incredibly nice, every time i’ve had my nails done, they break off within days. I went on vacation last month and got my nails done the day before I left. The next evening they started popping off one by one. I have never ever had acrylics pop off like that until I started going to this salon. I’m heartbroken to say I won’t be returning, because I enjoy the conversation of everyone who works here. The work is just subpar at best for an undeserving cost.

Went to get pedicures with my mom,sister and grandma and we were there for 3 hrs with only two workers. I had made an appointment and we waited. My mom had a dip manicure done and its been only a week and they have peeled. Pedicures were fine but the dip manicure and the Gel fill in that my sister got was horrible. Some nails were longer than the other and thick. Mind you I been there a few times and I was never disappointed til that day. It was my moms and sisters first time and they will not return and I won’t either. I understand they were short staffed but when you’re customers are paying money they expect a good job. The bill was 185 and it was not worth it or worth the wait. Mind you the employees are very nice but the work is sloppy.

Very disappointed. The first time I went to Villa was almost 3 years ago and the young man that did my nails did a great job, so when I got my nails done at another place and didn’t like it, I decided to go back to Villa. This time I had an older man doing them. I had a lunch date with my Mother in Law at 1, it was 11:45, and I asked him how long it would take. He said 20 min so I sat down, I was getting a gel polish French manicure. He rushed through my nails, putting only one coat on so my nails were spotty, had dark spots from not enough nail polish and didn’t do half of the things that are usually done. After I left and noticed how bad they looked, I decided I would go back the next day and give them the chance to fix them before I wrote them off since he was trying to be quick for me to make it to lunch. I left unhappy again. He first blamed me saying that I left before they were fully dry, but I only left once he felt my nails and told me they were dry and I was good to go, he rushed through them again, leaving messy lines, white streaks and overall poor work. I was very surprised, and disappointed. They lost out on a good customer considering I get my nails done every two weeks and my mother in law and I get pedicures done together. They lost a good customer.

As much as I try to take the best pictures to make the nails look good it was just not possible. The thickness of them was not to my liking, (dipping powder)the time spent there was too much, (1pm-4pm) some are not even smooth since too much was dipped- and I just want them off. I was charged a full price since they did work hard on them but that’s is irrelevant when it comes to customer service bc it was not my fault. Technician kept on blaming the dipping powder. I was there 2 weeks ago and waited before giving a bad review but every time I see my nails I feel like a fool for paying. People have told me these are the worst they’ve seen. I agree! Nice people but- this don’t look very pretty. Last pic was the only pretty one but- way too thick!

Although they did a great job on my nails it was entirely too expensive!!! I got a gel polish change on my hands and toes not a manicure or a pedicure. Total cost $55 that’s how much I usually pay for a gel mani and gel pedi. They also charge $5 to take off your existing gel polish even though you are getting gel again NEVER have I EVER been charged to take off gel polish if I was getting them re-done. I mentioned this and since I got 2 services he took off $ 5 uh thanks?? my friend only got a polish change and since she didn’t get 2 services he wouldn’t take the $5 off to remove her existing gel. They are a complete joke! They also prefer using a drill to remove gel nails which makes your natural nails very thin and when i asked them not to use the drill her whole demeanor changed as if she was annoyed that I didn’t want to use the drill. Nonetheless she did a great job on my nails I just won’t be back because the prices do not match the nail shop at all. Charging that much it should look like a Spa and they should serve wine lol

Came in on my birthday with my wife so I could get a pedi and she could get a mani. As my wife was getting her nails done by the man, the woman was finishing up with another customer. During this time, 2 other women came in, one with an appointment, the other without. The woman owner comes up and tells me that she can’t do mine, then proceeds to take the woman with the appointment. Then the kick in the nuts…. she tells the other woman that came in after us, the one without the appointment, that they would be with her after my wife was done. Again, a kick in the nuts, and on my birthday. This place cannot handle anymore than 2 people at a time. Pick somewhere else to go
