Worst experience. And the lady tried arguing with my mother after you could clearly see that my hair were uneven, and the lady tried arguing with my mom saying they weren’t. We still payed the full price but I don’t think it was deserved. My hair does not look the way I want it to look. Really ridiculous.

They damaged my hair , the style was not what I wanted . Terrible service , I felt like they didn’t care about my hair at all . They just wanted to rush me out the door and take the money . The owner had the audacity to ask me if I was giving the stylist a tip . The hair style was 70$ I just went ahead & gave her a 5$ tip . But I will not be returning. I located another salon who treated my hair , trimmed & styled for FREE !!!! Warning … do not let them touch your hair . Especially if you’re a woman of color .

It’s disrespectful and a lack of professionalism when you schedule an appointment and the owner arrives 30 minutes late to open the salon. Went to this salon because it’s supposed to be Dominican style which is what I’ve been looking for and it’s near my job. The only Dominican there was the owner who seemed like a sweet lady. The lady who took care of me didn’t ask how I wanted my hair treated or dried. She assumed and did her own thing. She blew out my hair and then she just grabbed the flat iron. My hair is baby thin and I don’t go to salons because they feel if they don’t use the flat iron then it won’t turn out well. I’m used to NY Dominican hair salons where they really don’t use the flat iron as much unless you want them to. The result was my hair was too flat and burned. Plus I was charged $40 for burnt off hair by someone who was on her cell phone discussing personal issues. Btw… I’m Dominican and am very disappointed with this visit. Never again!

I’ve been coming here since January 11th and it was my first time. That next day I had my daughter with my hair looking wonderful lol. Ever since then I’ve aleays came and my hair has grown so much since. I wouldn’t go to any one else because I love how much my hair has grown. I recommend this to everyone.
