Love this place! I’ve had several good manicures here and they are so well priced! The staff are kind and very talented. Here are pictures of my gel on natural nails after FOUR weeks. I visited this nail shop a couple of times under the old management and had a good experience on those times of visiting. I went in today to get pampered for the new year. I must say…this was definitely an awesome and amazing experience under the new management. The service was superb, the people were awesome, and I left feeling very special. I’ve been here several times and my sisters go here pretty frequently. I purchased a gift certificate for my mom on Mother’s Day and she went in this last week to use it. She was seen on 8/8 but someone named “Stacey” who accused my mom of giving her a year old certificate when the valid dates clearly read 5/8-8/8. She accused her of bringing a fake certificate and rudely refused to accept it. My my mom called me and I literally had to pull up my bank statement, take a screenshot and text it to her so she could show it for proof. The technician then did a poor job on the pedicure and was so rude for the rest of the experience that my mom had more of a stressful time than an enjoyable one. It was supposed to be a gift for her to relax. We will never give this place business again.
