New owners service isn’t anywhere where it use to be. Didn’t offer any drink’s took another customer while she was in the middle of doing my nails. Oh she went to do eyebrows . Didn’t ask if it was ok with me to take her and just do her eyebrows. Sounds like more about the money then customer service . Last time I’ll go there. Been there for two years.only good thing is My nails doesn’t break good strong powder.

Today was my first time going. I had met Leny at the movies and decided to give them a try. I am very pleased. I love my nails. Went back later today an got a pedicure and a wax from Helen. Enjoyed my time there. Very relaxed atmosphere and they do good work. Thanks ladies!

I decided to try Bay Dreams because it had good reviews and I’m new to the area, but I was not impressed. The people are very nice though, but I did not have a good experience. The tech who did my dip powder nails kept having to go help other employees so she kept forgetting what step she was on with my nails. They came out too powdery and just not well done. The tech who did my pedicure took the time with prepping my toes which I appreciated, but she did not paint them well at all. Everything just took way too long. For the time and price, my nails should have came out much better than they did.

My sister and I were wanting something to do together after church, so what better sister day than at a nail salon! It’s hard to find a nail salon open on Sundays, but Bay Dreams is! The new owners are so attentive, kindhearted, and prompt! We didn’t even have appointments – they squeezed us right in! They were also very transparent about their prices and did not charge us any hidden extras that some places I’ve been to slip in without telling you. Everything was clean, my fingers and toes look great, and I’m definitely coming in again. My new favorite salon in Bay City!

Ivy and Ty (the owners) are extremely rude. She started my manicure after I told her I was looking for a new shop, and considering them, she was still rude. She was rushing me, pulling my hands, being very aggressive, and making ugly comments. I told her she was hurting me and got mad and stated that my nails were done bad the last time I got them done and she was trying to fix them. I was talking to my mom, who was also planning on getting a manicure, and she had an attitude about that as well. After a little while of all of this I told her she was being very rude she stood up and walked away and said she’s not doing my nails. She acted like a child and in my opinion this is no way to run a business. I highly recommend looking for a different shop. I definitely will be.

They are very nice and attentive. I got a pedicure and it looks amazing! I would definitely suggest it to anyone. They are u set new management so things are changing for anyone who might have had a bad experience with the old management. Very clean place!
