Very unprofessional place, they seem to not take people’s time into consideration or think that their time is more important than others. Today 3 hair appointments were booked for 1, 2 were done by 1:25. The third person was running 8 minutes late however who ever Oliver had for 1:30 came early and I told him to take them it’s fine. And he says I can’t take you today come tomorrow. Absolutely a joke seeing how you can’t cut someone’s hair in 5 minutes so why say, yea a third person can come. He never had time for a third person unless he expected his 1:30 to wait 20 minutes. On top of that I had to drop my brothers to get their haircut once and the guy never even showed up!! My brother had to call and he said oh sorry I can’t come in today but I’ll take $2 off your next cut. I don’t live close to the place to be messing with my time like that!

The establishment was clean the customer service was mediocre. The barber skills were ok. I would have given this establishment a 4 stars if it wasn’t for the simple fact that the owner doesn’t remember to keep appointments when they are made. I would be extremely upset if I had to travel far to get to this establishment.

I brought my fiance here, and he loved it!! Osiris is amazing, and was so nice and respectful. He did such a good job, and my fiance is VERY picky! I recommend everyone to come here, enjoy the music and have a good time and leave looking great! Thank you Osiris, you are amazing!!

Would never try to go here again. Called and asked if they had any appointments, they said “just walk in” I sat there for about 40 minutes as other people walked in with appointments and went in front of me. If everyone else has an appointment, don’t tell someone to just walk in. I don’t have an hour to wait.
