I had a great experience the first time here. Have been back 3 times and it keeps getting worse and worse. I got a gel manicure and pedicure and the nail tech did a very sloppy job. I will never be back. This place messed up so bad that I literally went online and spent over $200 on a damn gel manicure set for my self because I know I can do a better job. I have photos and videos of how bad of a job they did. For some reason it won’t let me upload either but the work is laughable.

Great place to get your nails done. But my mom and I waited an hour and a half. When it was time to do nails they were in a rush. After they did my mom nails she had her eyebrows wax. They did a bad job. The lady layered wax on my moms brow and now she’s all red. But great place to get your nails done.

My bill was $45 I paid with 2 20$ 1-10$ and asked to break another 20$ all together giving her 70$ and she came back with 5$. When asking where my other 20$ was she got defensive and said I only gave her 50$. Being as though I put my nail money in a certain part of my bag I knew exactly how much I gave her and she flat out lied and the manager was to busy on her phone (while with a client) to address the situation. Finally I had to ask the manager to manage the situation and when someone else told her to check their drawer they got shady and was talking back and forth amongst themselves and finally gave me my money back. Afterwards the girl globbed so much nail polish after 30 minutes under the dryer I took a napkin and wiped it off clean and left. Will never go back. Thought I would give it a second chance being as the last time I went in there the girl ripped my gel nails off leaving my nails bloody and bruised instead of using the actual nail remover she supposed to with the gel acrylics I’m done I will never go back there majestic nail bar is now my new place.

This place was by far the worst i have ever been to. The workers were very rude. After waiting an hour the lady rushed through doing my nails. A day later my gel polish was coming off as were a few of my nails. Will not be going back here ever again.
