Critical: QualityThe nail technician which did my pedicure was super nice, friendly, and she did not hurts me! She left me pretty much alone, just the way I prefer it. However, the paint job was absolutely horrendous! Corners were not painted, the nail polish was all over, and far from clean and neat. It literally looked like a 6 year old did it. I complained and went back the next day to get it fix. Once I got there everyone had a hard time understanding why I am back and what I wanted. Also, the nail polish that I wanted was empty, but displayed! They gave me the color menu and told me twice more they don’t have the color I chose! I will never go back and would not recommend to others. The pedicure was below average and seemed like she was rushing. it took for ever for me to choose my color. Nails were sloppy and uneven. No attend to detail. Nail shape was good but that was about it. Overall bad experience. I wish I had read reviews before going.

Not for me… I wanted to like this place because it’s right by my office. I went in for a pedicure and dip since there was a special advertised on the window. I was not offered that nor was that ever mentioned. I had a pedicure and dip on my nails an was charged full price… the sweet lady that did my pedi was amazing. I went in thinking my total bill would be 65 max but ended up being $92.00. It was just a strange atmosphere in there. A lady sat in the chair soaking her feet and the staff argued with her about the color, several colors were out… it was just off

Great experience, gel manicure and premium pedicure with extra foot massage. Techs were detailed and took their time. I also got my chin waxed. One of the worst nail salons i’ve been too, i’ve been coming here for a few years and everytime they’ve disappointed me. They are never able to do a simple design I ask for and anytime they try, it looks completely off or entirely wrong. The owner Anne told me she’s not going to give me long nails and the design i want because it does not suit me. Completely frustrating and you have lost a very profitable customer.

Great customer service. Calvin did an awesome job on pedicure very gentle and attentive. My feet are so soft and the color on my toes is popping. Took my mom as well she enjoyed her pedicure as well from another worker. We have been here several times and have not been disappointed.
