My experience today was great! I came in as a walk in….Ken did my nails and Kayla did my pedicure. The quality of service that I received from both of them was A1. The deluxe pedicure with the hot stone massage was so relaxing! I typically don’t let men do my nails because of past bad experiences with male nail techs, however Ken definitely knows what he is doing! I will be returning.

They welcomed me with open arms. I got there at 6:45 and had Susan. She was very patient with me picking my colors and she made sure she understood the vision I had. What I truly appreciated was that Susan wasn’t rushing at all. Even as her coworkers were closing shop (it was 7:45 at this point), she took her time and made sure my nails looked perfect. I called this place 30 min before close hoping they could see me, but prepared to be turned away, understandably. They welcomed me with open arms. I got there at 6:45 and had Susan. She was very patient with me picking my colors and she made sure she understood the vision I had. What I truly appreciated was that Susan wasn’t rushing at all. I will not ever come back here. I had decided to give them one last chance but I am beyond disappointed and wish that I hadn’t. I got a brand new, GEL set on Wednesday afternoon, and by Thursday (less than 24 hours later), my nails looked this awful. These pictures do not even do justice. Absolutely unacceptable, and even if they fix for free, (which they should) I would rather have a credit at this point to go someplace decent rather than end up with more horrible work. Avoid.

HORRIBLE service!!! I asked for short square nails and got uneven rectangles. I went back to have someone else there try to shape my nails better but the manager was so rude to me. He filed my nails down to “his liking” and told me “they look fine, you can go now!” Unbelievable! My nails are so ugly! I will never go back to this unprofessional, disgusting place! Please save your money and go elsewhere!!!

Been going there for 2 years and I’ve finally had enough. They don’t care about the quality of their work or their customers. My nails look like absolute garbage. I asked Frank for “ombré” and ended up with whatever you would call this lol. Told him how I felt and he goes “oh well too late now”. It used to be a great nail salon. Horrible customer service! Told the receptionist that I wanted my acrylic nails soaked off and have my natural nails dipped in something similar to SNS dip. The receptionist relayed my “requests” to the nail tech. I sat down and he began cutting my nails down, which I was fine with. Next, he attempt to removed my acrylic with a “nail tip.” The first nail he took up, he took up half of my thumb nail bed! It literally was an injury and had my finger hurting. Really did not care what so ever about the health of my natural nails! He was apologetic only after I called him out about it. Before that, his attitude was VERY nonchalant. He asked if I want tips, which I didn’t, but he had my natural nails in such a bad state I had no choice if I wanted them to look decent. My top coat was smeared and rushed. As I proceeded to leave I told them “I” shouldn’t have had to pay because every action taken was traumatic! Nobody wanted to take responsibility to even make anything right and when I asked for management every last one of the techs/receptionist acted as if they did not hear me. It was midday on a Thursday…. The receptionist seemed welcoming on entrance, but I couldn’t read their demeanor directly overall. This was my first time there so I was willing to give them a try. I would never return to supposed “place of business.”

The first 2 times I was here they did great, however my 3rd trip was ridiculous. I came in for a fill in and a design from a picture because (they don’t offer a picture book) When the guy on my hands started I realized that couldn’t do the design on the picture and started free styling which I still didn’t like so I asked him to add stones, he added these 1999 flower lines which made them look better but it was outdated. I was ready to go. Then before I paid I asked how much he then stopped at another nail station to ask co-worker how much and he was told $92!! I wish I took a pic! (Was not picture worthy) And I knew I was not coming back nor did I want to have to pay them anymore money. It was NOT worth that much for a fill in. I paid and walked out feeling like I was robbed! I don’t know if I looked like a love and hip hop star but I felt like they dictated my payment by how I looked. Advice: tell them what you want, ask the price 1st to avoid this disappointment!
