Critical: ProfessionalismI mean they’re not totally terrible but my boyfriend could do a better job. She never even asked me what shape I wanted my nails (I prefer a coffin shape but oh well), she didn’t say one word to me the whole appointment. This was my second appointment and I went back thinking that maybe my second experience wouldn’t be so terrible but I was wrong and she charged me just as much for a fill-in as she did for in a full set of acrylics (that had lifted like the third day and I had to glue 3 back on). She never used nail dehydrator, primer, cuticle oil (never even touched my cuticles as a matter of fact), and the paint looks like it has stuff in it or something. She just rushed through the whole process like she had something better to do. She was laughing and giggling and carrying on on the phone the whole time, just like last time. I went to her regularly for nearly 5 years while living in Pratt for all things nails; I love the small town, friendly service I get in her shop! I’m okay paying a little bit more than you’d pay in Wichita or Hutch because of the individualized service, convenience, putting money back into my community, as well as knowing that by supporting Vicky’s small business that I’m supporting her 4 children too …I love that!Vicky ALWAYS tries to accommodate getting me in at/around the time that I request. Vicky ALWAYS tries to accommodate getting me in at/around the time that I request. She is kind, fast & professional with her services. I went to her regularly for nearly 5 years while living in Pratt for all things nails; I love the small town, friendly service I get in her shop!
