Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueIf I could give this place zero stars I would. This is by far the worst nail salon I’ve ever been to. I had really high hopes for this place but after spending $85 on a set, one of them broke only 2 days after getting them done. The nail broke in half as I was tying my shoe laces. I called the place and the lady said I needed to go in the same day if I wanted it done for free. I explained to her I had just gotten them done two days ago and I was not able to go in that day because I work two jobs. I ended up going a few days later and when I got there I explained to her the situation and she gave me the worst attitude and said because I didn’t call ahead I had to wait 30 mins for the nail tech who originally did my nails. Which I was fine with, it was the attitude that was not okay. Anyway, the 30 minutes go by and the lady that greeted me and told me to wait asked me to go sit at one of the tables and soak my nail off. And then she proceed to fix my nail. After having me wait 30 minutes for the other lady!! Again, I didn’t mind waiting because I knew I didn’t call ahead of time but this lady told me to wait only to fix the nail herself. Keep in mind she was just walking around not doing anything for the 30 minutes she had me wait. She could have done it herself but choose to have me sit there and waste 30 minutes for absolutely no reason. As she was fixing my nail, I felt like she was rushing and was not too happy about it. She took no more than 5 minutes to fix the nail, didn’t even file it like they usually do. She said she was done and I got up and left. I left very disappointed and upset at the way I was treated. Fast forward to last night, only a week and a half after getting this set .. a new nail breaks. Out of nowhere! Completely just broke in half as I was putting a shirt on. At that point I decided to just take them all off and you will not believe how easy it was. I have gotten acrylic nails before and can tell you it is not an easy job but this set was very horrible quality and not worth $85. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI had a great experience here at Vicks Nails. First of all, the salon itself is very beautiful. Lots of natural sunlight coming in. Very clean and modern. Second, my manicure and pedicure turned out gorgeous. Third, great service. I could not be happier leaving. Don’t forget to tip your nail technician!! They deserve it. Services: Pedicure, Manicure, Acrylic nails, Gel manicures

I had a great experience here at Vicks Nails. First of all, the salon itself is very beautiful. Lots of natural sunlight coming in. Very clean and modern. Second, my manicure and pedicure turned out gorgeous. Third, great service. I could not be happier leaving. Don’t forget to tip your nail technician!! Critical: ValueOVERPRICED and did a poor job. It was $37 for a regular gel manicure. The lady acted like she was above me and was rude and my nail already chipped only 4 days later. For 37 dollars I’m pretty sure my gel should last a month. Terrible I am never going back to this place.Service: Gel manicures
