Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI’ll never go there again! I booked a facial that I was told would last an hour. I added 2 things on and was told that would add another 30 mins on. So told 1.5 hours. It was over after 45 mins. She skipped a lot of stuff like the massage of the head, shoulders, hands, and arms. At the same time I had booked an hour long massage for my husband and he said his lasted maybe 40-45 mins. In all before tip, we spent $290. Definitely not worth it when they short the time you’re paying for. Considering what they offer & their prices, I thought we’d be getting what we paid for, but all we got was ripped off. Extremely disappointing!The most shocking part is both people servicing us were late to bringing us to our rooms. My husband was taken back to his room maybe 5 minutes before me. Once I did get to my room, I waited an awkwardly long time for my lady to come back to start. My service should have last 1 hour & 30 minutes while my husbands should have lasted 1 hour. In the end, I was out and paying for my services before my husband was finished and had come back out from his service before even 1 hour had passed. I’ll never go there again! I booked a facial that I was told would last an hour. I added 2 things on and was told that would add another 30 mins on. So told 1.5 hours. It was over after 45 mins. She skipped a lot of stuff like the massage of the head, shoulders, hands, and arms. At the same time I had booked an hour long massage for my husband and he said his lasted maybe 40-45 mins. Critical: ProfessionalismMy original appointment was rescheduled due to the stylist being involved in an accident. That is understandable but then on my rescheduled appointment I drove 45 minutes to get to town and was 7 minutes from my appointed time when I get a call to let me know the stylist could not keep her appointment with me because her hands hurt. The receptionist wanted to reschedule my appointment for the following day. They were “sorry for the inconvenience “! However what they truly fail to understand is that gas prices have risen quite a bit and it was way more than a simple “inconvenience “!! I don’t live in enterprise so I have to drive 45 minutes to get here. Lack of courtesy on their part for sure. They couldn’t even find another stylist to cut my hair since I was in town??
